Today our permits got approved (THANK GOD! IT TOOK FOREVER). So demolition began today. We got a nice retaining wall knocked down (now I actually know the difference between that and a load-bearing wall) and some sheet rock work done. Tomorrow it’s tiling and cabinentry. Then plumbing.
